These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Member," or "Player") and sqtoto (the "Platform," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing our website at sqtoto.cam, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use sqtoto's services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion. This Agreement applies to all users regardless of geographic location, device type, or access method.

By registering an Account on sqtoto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. You further acknowledge that this Agreement may be updated from time to time as described in Section 13 ("Changes to Terms"), and that your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you are accessing sqtoto on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. In such cases, references to "you" and "your" in this Agreement shall refer to both the individual user and the entity on whose behalf the user is acting.
sqtoto is intended exclusively for adult users. To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account on sqtoto. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. If sqtoto detects that a Member has opened or attempted to open multiple Accounts, all such Accounts will be suspended, all pending bets voided, and all balances forfeited.
Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password to access your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all such activity, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify sqtoto's customer support team immediately at [email protected]. sqtoto will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
sqtoto is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:
sqtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including bank statements, source-of-funds declarations, or other information necessary to verify the legitimacy of transactions. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and freezing of funds pending completion of the verification process.
sqtoto accepts deposits via a variety of payment methods tailored to the Indonesian market. Currently supported payment options include:
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly at the time of deposit. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfers during banking hours (typically 08:00 – 17:00 WIB on business days) are generally credited to your Account within 5 to 15 minutes. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly in most cases.
You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. sqtoto reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is found to have originated from a source other than the Member's verified account, and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
sqtoto does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges, for which sqtoto is not responsible. It is your responsibility to verify any applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.
Members may request to withdraw funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
sqtoto aims to process all withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 business days from the time the request is submitted, provided that all verification requirements have been met. Actual crediting times depend on your bank or payment provider and may vary. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts are typically completed within 1 business day during banking hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally processed more quickly, often within the same business day.
sqtoto does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose receiving fees or currency conversion charges. If you request a withdrawal method different from the one used for your most recent deposit, additional processing fees may apply, and sqtoto reserves the right to deduct such fees from the withdrawal amount.
In accordance with international AML regulations, sqtoto may conduct additional security checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests. If a withdrawal triggers an AML review, processing times may be extended by up to 7 business days while our compliance team investigates. You may be required to provide additional documentation, such as proof of the source of deposited funds, bank statements, or employment records.
sqtoto periodically offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives (collectively, "Bonuses") to Members. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are provided at the time the Bonus is offered and displayed in the Bonus terms section of your Account. By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms.
Most Bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements, meaning that you must wager the Bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means that a Rp 100,000 Bonus must be wagered at least Rp 1,000,000 before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
Wagering requirements vary by promotion and game type. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute 10% to 20%, and sports bets may contribute 50% to 100% depending on the odds. Full contribution percentages are disclosed in the Bonus terms.
All Bonuses have an expiry date, which is specified in the Bonus terms. If you do not complete the wagering requirements within the specified time frame, the Bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
sqtoto reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel bets, and suspend Accounts if we determine that a Member is engaging in Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, colluding with other Members to manipulate Bonus outcomes, or employing betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent. Members found to be abusing Bonuses will have all Bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and Accounts permanently suspended.
All bets placed on sqtoto are subject to the specific rules governing each game type, sport, or betting market. Detailed game rules are available in the "Game Rules" section of the Platform and should be reviewed before placing any bet.
All bets are considered accepted only when you receive a confirmation message or bet slip displaying your wager details. sqtoto reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at any time, particularly in cases of suspected error, system malfunction, or unusual betting patterns.
Bets are settled based on the official results of the relevant event or game outcome. In the case of sports betting, official results are determined by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). sqtoto does not accept liability for errors in third-party data feeds, but we will make reasonable efforts to correct any settlement errors that are brought to our attention within 30 days of the event conclusion.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond a reasonable time frame; the event is affected by match-fixing or corruption; a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed; or the bet is placed after the event has already begun (late betting). When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your Account balance, but no winnings are paid.
sqtoto imposes maximum payout limits on certain bet types and markets. These limits are disclosed in the betting rules for each market and may vary by sport, league, or game type. If a bet would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum amount, and any excess winnings will not be credited.
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on sqtoto:
Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities if criminal activity is suspected.
sqtoto provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure Platform uptime, security, and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, sqtoto disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
sqtoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
sqtoto is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party services, including but not limited to payment processors, internet service providers, game software providers, or sports data feeds. We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of system downtime, server maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with sqtoto's services is to stop using the Platform and close your Account. In no event shall sqtoto's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.
sqtoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise conducted yourself in a manner inconsistent with the Platform's terms and policies. Specific grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:
If your Account is suspended for violation of this Agreement, sqtoto reserves the right to forfeit all balances, void all pending bets, and permanently ban you from the Platform. If you believe your Account has been suspended in error, you may contact [email protected] to request a review.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before your Account can be closed, you must withdraw all remaining funds and resolve any outstanding issues, including pending bets or bonus obligations. Account closures are typically processed within 3 business days. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened, and you will need to register a new Account if you wish to use sqtoto again in the future.
If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request a self-exclusion period by contacting [email protected] or visiting our Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion periods range from 1 month to permanent closure. During the self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked, and you will be unable to deposit, bet, or access the Platform.
If you have a complaint or dispute with sqtoto, we encourage you to contact our customer support team at [email protected] as a first step. Our support agents are available 24/7 and are trained to resolve most issues quickly and fairly.
If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our compliance team by sending a detailed written complaint to the same email address. We will investigate your complaint and provide a formal response within 14 business days.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through sqtoto's internal dispute resolution process may be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of international commercial arbitration, with proceedings conducted in English. By agreeing to this Agreement, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or collective arbitration proceedings against sqtoto.
sqtoto reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace this Agreement at any time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a notification displayed on the Platform.
Your continued use of sqtoto following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.
